  • Would also highly recommend Nichola, I only went to her a couple of times but she very quickly identified a bunch of issues and gave me good practical advice and exercises to help. Will go back again when less broke, but even those two short sessions have helped a lot with reducing long distance riding pain.

    Edited to add - my issues were back/neck related rather than leg, but I don't doubt she'd be able to sort out knee problems too.

  • I actually saw her in the run up to TCR 2016 when I had knee problems. She managed to help fix it in time to make the start line.
