Picture the scene.... the sun was shining and I was full of joie de vivre as I cycled down Cavendish Road on Saturday morning, imaging my delight as I met a lovely couple on fixed gear bikes cycling the same way. So yes you've guessed it, I shouted ' do a skid ' as a nod to the halcyon days when the streets were full of people on fixed gear bikes and we actually said hello to each other.... Imaging my delight when the chap on a pink bike did a superb skid !

Lovely to meet you both, to cycle down the road without a freewheel in sight and to witness a great skid...
