@Stodd I reckon I could get laptop, shoes, lunch, and maybe a change of clothes into the City M. Carradice give a capacity of 24l, which is the same as my Super C courier bag, and that would all go in there . It's not too bulky off the bike and on the shoulder strap, though I've not yet used it when it's been rammed full.

The measurements are not super accurate, because allow for a few % of difference.
