Colnago Dream Art Decor Soft Paint, Campag Record Mid 90s Vintage.

Reluctantly selling my mid 1996 Colnago Dream.

No dents, paintwork is not show condition but is good for its age. All straight and running smoothly. I have a NOS Campag Record headset which I will include in the sale; the current one is working fine but is a relatively cheap one.

Campag Record Titanium 8sp shifters
Campag Record Titanium Rear derailleur
Campag Daytona Chainset
Campag Daytona Callipers
A few small scratches but all working smoothly.

Wheelset:
Campagnolo Atlanta 96 Wheelset on Campag hubs, running true with a Campag Record 8sp cassette.

New FIZIK soft bar tape double wound to give a bit of thickness to the bars.

SIZE 54. I ride a 56 normally and it works for me.
Pedal to saddle elevation is currently around 95cm

Since owning the bike I’ve tried to build it back to as close as the original spec it was built with. Even managing to find a previous owner who still had the original stem and bars. Apparently this bike started life being owned by Pro Cyclist Roman Hermann and was built with the same Atlanta wheels and a Campag Record Groupset.

This is a great bike to ride and looks so much better than the photos would have you believe. It makes me smile every time but I just don’t have the time to ride all my bikes.

An amazing summer ride and surprisingly fast when you get into it.
