Well done Zazkar, but now I've got U2 stuck in my head...

I've been talking better photos for the last 3 themes, and failing to upload them. Decided that as that was the hardest bit, I'd upload anything I got, and hadn't then seen anything, so snap and go this week. Hopefully I can get back to the good photo and uploading it...

Without trawling umpteen pages, can someone tell me how scoring/voting works? I couldnt work that out.

Comp closes for entries midnight on a Sunday, anyone can vote, choose your favorite. Voting closes 10pm Monday night.
There'll be a list of the entries posted here.

Thanks. I hadnt twigged how the voting was happening but see it now. Pretty obscure, but you gotta love a list!

The info's in the first post, actually, but that may not be obvious if you're new to the thread.

@cyclotron3k has rigged up a mechanism that trawls the thread for the latest entries using the hashtag and posts a list automatically at midnight, when voting can begin. If you enter something, make sure to put the hashtag into your post.

God-damn, it's as if someone knows what they're doing here! Is that allowed on a forum?

It's not allowed on here, but we break the rules on a daily basis.

I've been thinking we could simplify voting by just hashtagging the appropriate user name, or mentioning the post number, or just replying to your preferred photo with something like +1.

That said, an asshole once told me that not every problem needs a technical solution, and I often think of those words.

It works ok as it is, I think.

Comp ends midnight Sunday.
