The JD came my way a while back and it was toxic as fuck. They were either going to hire an expertlly experienced certain failure delivery person (such people do exist) or somebody hoodwinked into thinking that they could manage the flak and they weren't paying enough to get the former.

A lot of consultancy is about being hired to fail.

You don't get fired for hiring a big hitter from Accenture or one of the other big consultancies

I passed the JD onto one of my old bosses, who is just that sort of person. More for a laugh than anything. If I remember correctly, they were paying about 25% her salary expectations for a project like that.
