if that's your hi viz, you might regret it when it's warm in the east.
Just get some bands or something.

I got this, cut the buckle and excess off and stiched it up.

Yeah, I have the bands too.

I was toying with having something to wear if it rains and is cold, which will still keep me warm. Right now I have dry and cold or wet and warm covered with a PHD down jacket + a very lightweight waterproof.
