Just him trying to remind people he was responsible for eco friendly buses, and someone had already said they liked running in fields

Which were one of his greatest failures, in a mayorship which was a great big bag of fail. He knows that he's not talking to the Londoners who know this, just people who have seen him waving from the back of a Routemaster years ago - so he now paints it as a triumph.
