Thanks @pit I don't think that's it though.
The 'PRB' in 'Max Slr Gel Flow PRB' seems important but I have no idea what it means.
It's exactly the same as in this guy's unboxing video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=VO5VKN777m8

The PRB is smoother and has no seams on top

Alright now I'm intrigued. There are so many variations of this saddle it's nuts. I've emailed Selle Italia support for some answers.
Not measured my bones yet. I have a L1 Slr and it's a bit narrow and I could use more cushion on long offroad rides.
