Yup. The guy walks breaks onto the fire escape, scaling 5m of 'anti climb' fencing and jumps over a roof to a private balcony. All over in 5 mins.
Im only just back from living abroad and this came out of storage about 2 weeks ago. Of course, renewing insurance is still on the to-do list.....
