The Oxo ones are brilliant.

The Kitchen and Herb scissors in particular are very useful for pretty much everything. They pull apart (as do the poultry ones) for hand washing or sticking into the dishwasher which is really handy. I think I've had those for 4 years or so and both remain very sharp.

I still don't have a decent pair, easy to find recommendations please... I bought some Jamie Oliver kitchen scissors when we arrived in Oz, I was desperate, they are next to fucking useless and I need an upgrade super bad...
Not easy things to find!
