Common decency would say that whoever was doing the work, clears up after themselves. Laws may be more specific. At the very least, the old fence should be cleared, and if they're doing that, they may as well lift the other crap too.
I had 6 big leylandii removed and offered to all my immediate neighbours (corner plot) to come round and clear any detritus from the felling.

I wanted to ask here before I go round there. stuff you can see for the most part was growing into out garden, through the fence that can be seen.
I guess I wanted to know the score with regards to who is responsible if the greenery is growing through from their boundary into ours.
