Good shout, though it seems they won't deliver to mainland Europe.
We're clearing up the details with JD Tandems at the moment. They've been really helpful so far - even sent us a picture of a display-model setup to our measurements. Assembly and delivery should only take about two weeks, once we place the order.

I bought a Ridgeback from Biketart recently (this). I've no idea if they will ship to wherever you are (I'm in the UK), but dealing with them was easy and the bike arrived in the usual state (had to install wheels, handlebars, etc.).
After half a dozen rides the gears needed adjusting, the usual fettling, but we are having fun and completed the Isle of Wight Randonee as our third outing.
