Thirdly, as if it wasn't quite clear, the Sorites question that arises is, of course, at which point the asking price ceases to be a mere asking price and becomes a selling price. GLWS.

    Asking price and selling price tends to merge unless your item gets an immediate response or a queue of would be buyers. When you get zero response, must consider have I overpriced the item? State of the market? How desirable is the item offered for sale. There will always be a point where it is not worth selling it....but then again it depends on how desperate the seller is...for £62...I am not that desperate but say I needed rent money then I might be more inclined to more aggressively drop the price. The psychology/philosophy of selling!

    I suspect that there are just relatively few people around whom they would fit. I thought of buying them myself, but I think they're just slightly too large for me.

    It's definitely a very good price. The right buyer just hasn't found the thread yet.
