She's probably claiming as much as lost income as she can from yoga teaching or something.
Even the most minor concussion would get somewhere in the region of £2,000. Perhaps the cyclist will be able to show he has greater injuries/ losses and she’ll end up owning him money.
I'm just speculating out of my arse on the assumption that there must be something in it for her despite them having similar injuries.
So 50-50 is a bad outcome for them, you think they expected more?
