    Haven't had the time or mental energy to write anything down yet. Keep remembering snippets but it's hard to get things into the right order.

    Legs feeling a lot better today but going to have at least this week off running completely. The tiredness from missing a night of sleep has actually been ok after I went to bed at 8pm Sunday evening, then a normal bed time yesterday I now feel fine mentally.

    The ballot is open for next year already so I thought I might as well see if I can better 110 miles in 24:20 :)
