    Although I just read the Standard's coverage in the link above and the Judge said he wasn't riding like a cunt... kinda on the fence now.

    Ianl but thought civil cases more geared to natural justice and financial settlements.

  • but why if they are both responsible (which from what they say in the articles is crap anyway) is the cyclist the one having to pay compensation? surely natural justice is a slap on the wrists for both of them.

    Maybe the Ped just had a cracking lawyer.
