There's plenty of instances of car drivers literally getting away with murder.
As I said to Manson7am, if you look at the Alliston case the logic is you have time to shout/blow an air horn, you have time to stop/avoid. So yeah, saying you blew your ridiculous air horn doesn't mitigate that...
