He didn’t do everything right tho, he carried on cycling and he hit her. If there’s someone in your path don’t try to guess which way they are going to dodge, just slam the brakes on.
That way you get to give them a withering ‘what the fuck are you doing you dithering dickhead?’ look instead of having to go to court.

I just thought it would only be in the case of a driver making an error, as far as that is concerned it seemed they did everything right and yet were deemed responsible
