Pretty certain it was built in 2014
Top tube c-c is same as seat tube centre to top 53.5 (think it was specified as a 53cm - will double check this for you if you like as did measure the TT very quick)
We’re based in Great Missenden near Amersham. Could probably arrange to meet if that’s too far though
