Bargain cleats, would have bought the lot. It’s more on p&a than service, people getting their knackered hybrids serviced are generally happy with retail on their 8 speed chain and cassette. Things like locks, tyres, luggage, pedals we struggle. Aside from Brompton stuff which avoids being price shagged online (at least for now). It’s crazy sometimes when a mech hanger is £20-30+vat from a distributor or £6 with vat and next day shipping on eBay.
