Rick Wiles warns that plant-based meat alternatives like the Impossible Burger are part of a satanic plot to change human DNA and "create a race of soulless creatures" who cannot worship God.

All kicking off in Kent. Comments from men underneath and fucking awful... Well seen its the heart of Brexit land. "Smile and the UK will even better place to live and work" says retiree Bill, a 70yr old gammon, thrice divorced with 6 estranged children...

Have Chinese govt actually suspended the law changes in HK or is that announcement more smoke & mirrors while they sneak something else through?
-
• #56934
it's been put on pause. not retracted by HK legco. they are basically buying time I think.
Carrie Lam has said they will do more investigation explaining and discussion with citizen and Gov groups regarding the law. -

Obviously this is crime, and crime is bad.
But it's hugely audacious to set up a well-equipped cannabis farm on a high street and try to get away with it:

The electrics don't look completely safe, but the amount of work that has gone into this without people finding out until now - when you think of the equipment, the plants themselves, the heat generated and the energy consumption - it's quite impressive.
-
• #56938
The energy consumption is usually their downfall. The electricity companies detect a massive draw in the area then cross ref with premises and identify the premises causing the issue. A quick magistrates warrant and in goes the door. Invariable there are one or two young Vietnamese tending the plants who are too scared to "grass" on the bosses. The money then gets laundered through nail bars and the like. A little human trafficking plus a bypassed lecky meter and away you go.
As an SOP, I wanted our force helicopter to fly back to base from any deployment with its FLIR thermal camera on but that's not allowed apparently. You can't just prospect from the night sky. -

I remember reading about a cannabis farm in a nuclear bunker that had human-trafficked Vietnamese people basically living in slavery, in appalling conditions.
That side of it is awful.

Worth reading to the end of that thread:
So, Please stop pretending you give a shit about crime in London or violent crime at all, when your own cities are between ten and thirty times as dangerous.
And keep your racist Islamaphobia to yourself and your Nazi mates.
Please piss off.
