Agreed. I’ve got friends who recently went vegan who say having lots of “mainstream” alternatives has actually really helped them.
Also helps move away from the stereotype that all vegan food is lentils and houmous and groups of hippies round a fire. Giving money to large corporations is shite, but making it more accessible can only be a good thing in my opinion.

I probably wouldn't give KFC my money personally. Having said that, making veganism more accessible and helping to reduce the image it has of being elitist or exclusive or unaffordable etc can only be a positive thing in my opinion!
