Yeah for sure. I can only empathise since I'm not a part of the LGBT community to know for myself, but unless a company said they were against my sexuality or views, I would assume they're fine supplying me with their product despite mine so their virtue signalling advertisement means very little but maybe it works for them more than I imagine it would.

It's advertising, of course (not that you don't know that). They tell a group with which its members identify very strongly that they 'support' them so that people associate their product with their group. I'm sure it works.
