after some old spd pedals

I had my turquoise, debranded, fixed Foffa nicked last Sunday from outside Hackney Central - I'd swapped out all the components with black, BLB parts and Miche wheels.

Gutted - as expected, and feel totally lost without a bike so I bought a beautiful, green Dave Russell custom rig last night off a lovely chap called Kes in Shoreditch for £500 - money I totally don't have, especially as my wife and I have just separated so I'll be financially reeling from that (dry wretch / cue the violins).

Additional costs include £80 for a Pinhead multipack and £30 for a new Quadlock mount and £30 for some riser bars. All makes me feel a bit sick.

I want to swap out the toe cages for SPDs so posting here in the hope somebody might have an old pair they don't use and are happy to pass on as part of a cost-saving exercise.

Any help appreciated.

Got some 520s you can have, come get em for two Zubr polish lagers hither green.

Might be able to dig out some time pedals and cleats from the parts bin if u want them.

Mate, that's mighty decent of you but I foolishly jumped ahead, bid on some touring hybrids and ended up winning them. Pocket's £15 lighter otherwise I would have happily got you a bit pissed.

On another tip - I don't suppose you have any black riser bars knocking around? 31.8mm clamp
