I want an omnium but I can’t get past the feeling it needs a basket or
Box on front- otherwise my loose shopping, random kids crap etc will all slide out?
People say they use them for shopping trips but I don’t see many photos of people actually using them for this?

I use a plastic tray (the ones used by industrial bakeries to deliver to supermarkets) on top of mine and I put tote bags in there when I go shopping, with two innertubes to secure tray and contents to the bike.
