Apologies,
my knowledge of south of the River is slowly improving,
and
I'm fairly certain I had to cycle past the (abandoned?) Mortlake Brewery
to get to The White Hart.

You would have done (The Ship is right next to the brewery on the river), but @Sifta was saying the White Hart is in Barnes (just west of the rail bridge, great for the close of the boat race) rather than Mortlake.
