32h laced radially isn't something I'd associate with being tough.

These seem cheap and cheerful.
Anything else worth looking at in this cheap singlespeed commuter price bracket? Partner's Langster rear wheel bearings are pretty fucked and it's probably cheaper to buy a new wheel than find replacement cups or swap the hub out.
I've been looking at the Gipiemme Pista wheeler as I've heard good things about them being tough.

My one question is does it have a braking surface/can I run a brake on the front. My instinct is no, but I'd love to be corrected.
