I've not read that yet! Opted for Burmese Days instead for this trip. Will pick up a copy. I think my favourite of the Orwell I've read is Homage To Catalonia. I need to re-read 1984 at some point.

You should really consider reading Brave New World by Aldous HUXLEY and We by Eugen Zamiatine.

Both are masterpiece in the same genre (dystopia ? S-Fi?).

I've read Brave New World years ago and enjoyed it, I need to give it another read actually. I've not read We, will check it out, thanks for the recommendation!

I'm about 60 pages into We at the minute. I'm not that into it so far but not writing it off!
