Last Wednesday.
Stuart may not be well known here, but he was an important promotor of road races, particularly The Pernod International (AKA The Archer Grand Prix), which was certainly the most important West London event, and arguably the best single day race in the national calendar.
There is already a proposal to rename the Hillingdon circuit after him.
I don't know of any obituary as yet, but when it comes up I'll put a link to it here.
