I saw one of these on our ride today. Same colour. Chunky as **** irl.
We zipped past a bit too quickly but I think it was a busker / street music fella with it and might have been for his sound system. But, additionally, my brain might have just made most of that up as part of my sick cargo bike fantasy.

Xtracycle is the king of that category, GSD and Surly equivalent are similar but there are some things that aren't quite as well polished.
