You didn't miss much,
eventually Larry Gomes helped us link Dave Brubeck to Matt Bianco.
(Despite forgetting separate lights, helmet and rucksack back-ups prevented
return journey death, fiery or otherwise).

I left my office on time and everything, but then got waylaid by a colleague who started by buying me a beer, and then pulling me into a pub quiz team, then keeping me out until 3am. It was an odd evening!
