The Cumulus 350 is okay.
Flat quilts are not generally the best as it makes the footbox uncomfortable and underinsulated when you have it tightened up. Shaped quilts make more sense most of the time.I don't recommend it as it's not much better than a Decathlon bag. Maybe slightly better.
Whereas something by As Tucas or Katabatic would be a lot better, for a little more money. -
Actually yeah, buy this instead. Same price, much better made, can do small custom things.

Yes...
To clarify: I used the search function and therefore I know that @platypus swears solemnly on the Katabatic Gear Palisade. I was jut hoping to find something slightly cheaper or at least something I don't have to order in the US. I never asked for a under a hundred quid sleeping bag. I would be perfectly able to find that on my own. I just don't have any experiences with quilts and I thought before I spend £200-300 I might just ask again.
But enough of that. To push the conversation forward I am currently very intrigued by the CUMULUS Quilt 350. It's a bit more in my price range, available in Europe and seems to receive good reviews.
