Had some people who know better than me suggest it's a Mercian or a Holdsworth. It's had it's seat lug and BB repaired. Could probably do with a respray or continue to use it ratty like I did. 27.2 post, no bottle cage bosses hence the band on ones (included), Campagnolo front and rear dropouts, near side chainstay and dropouts are chromed. Also it's had new guides brazed on for the rear mech cable on the downtube and the chainstay.
