Looks cool, i like the paint and personally i'd go with silver finishing kit and risers with black track grips to match the saddle. Proportionally the Cambium might look quite big but see how you get on with it. Good shout on L/F hubs and rims, i just had a pair of silver 650c kinlin's laced to H/F hubs and they're def not pretty. It's a shame they don't do 650c open pro in silver but maybe a desticker and gum walls will help loose the brake track (or tape/sharpie them).
Not convinced about pink on this but then i have a pink saddle on my Capo and love it so do what you want. Cranks sound like a minefield, good luck.
