• I got two synthetic sleeping bags. A tiny cheap Amazon one which is only good in summer and a massive 3 season Snugpak Travelpak 3.
I'd like to have something in the form factor the Aegismax UL or similar as a more all around (3 Season) solution for bikepacking. I've been looking at down quilts but couldn't find anything that is not £300 custom made but warm enough.

Does anybody have a awesome recommendation for a 3 season lightweight, compact and affordable quilt? Should I stop whining and just get a nice one?

Or does it make sense do use my tiny sleeping bag in combination with something like the Alpkit Cloud Cover or a BIG AGNES Kings Canyon UL Quilt to layer up if needed?
This would most probably still be easier to pack then my Snugpak.

  • Go to Decathlon or get something nice
christ I am bored of typing the same thing over and over in this thread
