The wheels on this beauty are neither Mavic nor sealed bearing.... but they are Shroom with cup and cone bearings and do have a flip flop hub which accommodates single speed (no freewheel currently attached). However they aren’t expensive at £75 with tyres and would split if you want to buy and can pick up in central London https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/334141/#comment14760863
