I'll copy-paste here, since this is actually the correct subforum:
If you can wait a week or two, I should have an old Raleigh Equipe frame coming up. 62 x 58 ctc. Will include headset, stem, bar, brakes and seatpost. Nothings special as far as the steel goes, but plain tubing can sometimes be a positive on a bigger frame for tall/large riders. Definitely will fit the "budget" criterion.

Adding up the likely individual selling price of the frame, forks and components and then knocking off a bit gets me to about £70. This was it when first built up. It's had a bit of use since then though, so I'd have to see how well it cleans up before finalising the price.
Selling it on is dependent on the wheels, BB and cranks transferring without any issues to my new frame, but I'm not really fearing any major hassles there.

I have this Holdsworth, built Claud Butler you are welcome to but will need b/b axle. Front forks 531, 23in parallel frame, needs a repaint! Free on collection in mid Essex. Postage a fortune!

Looks pretty good, and price would work. Keep me posted on transfer.
Whereabouts are you based?

Very tempting, but Essex could be a bit far.
Cheers anyway! -

Thanks for posting extra photos. I'm gonna hold out to find slightly fancier tubing but GLWS.

Is @Ndeipi and the OP @lcf01 the same person?
I have a 60cm Columbus SLX New full bike.
All BSA threads
Mismatched groupset but all works well.
I serviced it for a ride to Brighton, it works very well. The frame is from a (now defunct) french "vélociste" called Bouvatier Cycles in Malaunay BOUVATIER CYCLES, which started in 1982 and closed in 2001. Address was 48 Cite Clair Soleil - 76770 Malaunay
I can't say if it was built in house or imported from Italy like many were at the time. All threads are BSA.Made/ordered by Cycles Bouvatier in France, near Rouen in Normandy. Pretty sure it is fillet brazed.
Dura-Ace headset set
Sachs New Success gearset
Shimano RX100 brakes & 1055 chainset
Wheels are visually paired clinchers but mismatched - Dura Ace first generation rear hub and Campagnolo front.
New Schwalbe Lugano gumwall tyres in 700c x 25mm
New bar tape and cablesThe only thing that lets it down is the seatpost bolt which is not the correct one.
I also have a silver 27.2mm seatpost which I will swap or include in the sale.I am after £300 for the full bike

I've got a 61cm Fuji Track Classic F+F that you can have for £70 + cost of postage.
Bought on here back in the day and still in pretty much the same nick. Just usual wear on fork/track ends. The geo is originally for drops and does suit that despite its previous guise.
Happy to chuck in new BB, stock finishing kit etc
Let me know if you're interested and I can get you some up-to-date pics.

Hi all,
Dislocated my knee on Wednesday and probably won't be riding for a month or two, so may delay getting a frame.
Cheers for all the brilliant offers, and I may return to some in a couple weeks if still available.
Many thanks,
Louis -

Hi Louis, good luck on the mend. I have a Basso Loto SLX 58.5 c-c road frame which I'm considering flogging. It's in the pink/black/white livery. Feel free to PM me if of interest

Retired club member has this.
Hi there!
I'm looking for a relatively cheap frameset or semi-build for my first SS/ FG project.
Preferably track ends, but horizontal road dropouts good too.
I'm between 6'1" and 6'2", so any size around 60cm should work.
Let me know what's around!
Cheers,
Louis
