Needless to say I'm pretty fucked. Finished near Slaidburn realised I was in the back of beyond so had lunch in cafe then hiked on to Clitheroe to catch the train. Nearly 9 miles, 1000ft upwards & 3hrs later I made it with a 55 min wait so headed to pub to get warm.
So tired, I am fighting micronaps. Great event, happy with 10th and perhaps a shot at the most elevation prize... lost focus yesterday a bit (see post) also lost my way a few times & on reflection shouldn't have changed my route on the fly.
My legs were good enough for running long downhill descents today so progress was good to the finish and I "caught" a few others in term of final distance covered.
Just gotta stay awake 2 more hours then I can pass out at home!
Edit: I recorded 7 separate gpx files over the race... looks like I went ~98 miles to hit ~68. Ooooof.
