I dont think theres a different bb insert. Not that I've found anyway.
I'm going to rotate the insert to the point that its at when running single speed and just do up the bolts and see how it goes.

Why are the cage mounts on the front edge of the fork? Wouldn't a bottle mounted there foul the wheel?
