@Chalfie I wondered this too. Also have an Arkose SS that I'm about to turn into geared cx bike.
I dont think theres a different bb insert. Not that I've found anyway.
I'm going to rotate the insert to the point that its at when running single speed and just do up the bolts and see how it goes. -
Set the bb position to wherever it is most comfortable, probably lowest and in-line with the seat tube?
I don’t think you can de eccentricise it :)

Arkose SS I have a rear mech hanger.
Can someone explain, slowly, what I need to do regarding bottom brackets?
are there different inserts that stop it being eccentric?
