Tbh I'm really surprised at people suggesting a massive diesel saloon as a sensible solution to short journeys and low running costs.
It seems that way. Whenever any of my non-car friends ask for advice for buying a car, 8 out of 10 times I'll tell them to look at a Jazz as they are all most people would need as an economical, safe, well built everyday car.
