Bought the cassette from new and it was shifting perfectly through all cogs with a Centaur 2011 PowerShift Lever.
Here are the cassette details
Veloce 10s cassette
12-13-14-15-16-17-19-21-23-25I only switched it out as I wasn't happy with the Centaur left shifter so switched the pair out to Record 2004 that I picked up second hand. I had to put a new G spring into the right shifter.
I will try fine tuning the shifting again but it shouldn't be this hard. Had no problems adjusting the previous setup.

Well I spent a good 15 minutes tweaking it and I haven't managed to make it much better. It's not out by much but in some cogs I get a little clicking that tells me it's not perfectly aligned. It never fails to find a shift correctly though.
Only thing I can think of now is to thoroughly clean and lube the drivetrain and then possibly consider disassembly of the shifter for a clean and lighter regrease.
After that it may be a new chain and cogs.

cassette lockring torqued properly?

Good suggestion. Checked it and it's good and tight. No lateral play in any of the cogs.
Is a Record 10s right shifter from 2004 compatible with a Centaur RD from 2011.
I have these installed but find it impossible to get the shifting right. When shifting smoothly in the larger cogs it's a bit off on the smaller ones and vice versa.
