Really like the clean look of the "invisible" steerer clamping.

I have like 4 of them at this point. They're great; the invisible clamp is real cool and the fact that they're also steel, have a removable faceplate, and can often be found for $5 in a co-op stems bin makes them just about the perfect stems. Only problem is they are super rare in shorter lengths.
