James Cleverly has announced himself as runner number 11 in the race. He is probably too new and too brown to be a serious contender but is raising his profile for a top job from the new PM. He was Boris' ax man at the GLA, now he is Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union. He has been pro Brexit, on the radio this morning he came out as against a hard exit but being prepared for it to happen.
