unused/"new" frame
...but it's not though is it? It's a used frame as you've shown in pictures. Definition of NOS is self explanatory. New old stock; i.e never used. This has stuff on it, and by default, it's used.
I don't think anyone here is trying to shit on your parade; it just seems to be a case of you really liking this bike and wanting the return of your time/effort/love you put into it paid back.
It'll never happen, unless you find someone who feels about it exactly the same way you do.
