  • Considering other options since current frameset does not fit but I have a hard time finding a frameset that correspond to what I want, figured it might more correspond to a sscx:
    -steel frame + steel fork
-clearance for 700*28 or ideally 32C for both front and rear
-rim brakes (ideally calipers but if not canti)
    -horizontal dropouts (for "track" hubs)
-ideally not longer than 53 top tube (52.5 would be great)
Seems almost impossible to find, or I certainly do not look in the right places, any ideas?
EDIT: aaaaand... not too expensive of course

  • (for "track" hubs)

The slight issue your going to have is the rear spacing, a nature boy is 130mm, a crosscheck is 132.5 . I have a nature boy and a crosscheck which I've run with 135 and 130 hubs, both fixed and freewheel no problem, but it might be a hassle getting the hub spaced correctly. (just something to consider)

If it 120 rear spacing you need, perhaps a small mash works would be about right.
