Possibly another job for the vice.
Failing that you could probably just unscrew the cup - once you've moved that out a bit the lock ring should be finger tight.
Then replace that lock ring with another for which you have got a tool.
The only alternative is to spend money!
Sorry, I wasn't clear. The lock ring is loose and easy, just wanted to tighten it in place. So was looking for a wrench for it and thought was maybe a particular size?
