It's called arbitrage. If I can't be arsed to put in the time and effort to achieve the best possible price for something I'm selling, it would be churlish to deny whoever buys it their reward if they do then put in the effort.

my mate sold a complete bicycle for 600£ and then the next couple days later the frames for sale for £600
