hmm I think if there was anything LIKE that amount of room for manoeuvre (or... fuckit I dunno, sanity) in the Tory party, it would probably have happened already.
We’re just moving to a different phase of the Conservative implosion, I think? It’s going to get a lot more swivel-eyed from here.

I don't think the EU would have accepted it. But with a new leader and therefore a, hopefully, new approach, there is a better case for it.

To clarify what I meant: we revoke, that’s that. I don’t think anyone would reasonably* expect to set that in motion again once it’s been done.
And no, the EU wouldn’t accept it. Not from this leader, nor the next.
